Scott Wagley founded Hadley Group Holdings to build and operate scalable, technology-driven businesses in fragmented markets—beginning with real estate.

Over two decades working with leading brokerages and operators—including Compass, eXp, Realogy, RE/MAX, Sotheby’s, and Keller Williams—Scott identified a consistent structural advantage: agents and brokers who own their technology systems materially outperform those dependent on licensed, commodity software.

Hadley was built to capitalize on that advantage at scale by engineering proprietary platforms in-house, retaining intellectual property, and deploying them across a growing portfolio of operating companies. Today, the platform is delivered through brands serving elite real estate professionals across four core capabilities: premium IDX websites, AI-assisted marketing and automation, hyperlocal SEO, and high-end media (including cinematic drone).

The firm focuses on opportunities where owned technology creates durable differentiation, operating leverage, and margin expansion over time. Hadley’s execution model is disciplined: build proprietary systems, prove unit economics, standardize what works, and scale deliberately.

Scott remains deeply execution-oriented—combining capital allocation with hands-on platform development to compound long-term value.

Sandeep leads engineering and AI platform development at Hadley Holdings, overseeing the machine learning infrastructure deployed across our portfolio companies.

With 8 years architecting predictive analytics and real-time data processing systems, he built Hadley's core technology stack from the ground up—predictive seller models, intent-based matching algorithms, and automated marketing infrastructure now processing 500K+ property data points and generating 10K+ predictions monthly across initial markets.

His engineering philosophy prioritizes compounding advantages: models that improve with every transaction, infrastructure that scales without proportional cost increases, and AI capabilities that create defensible moats. Under his leadership, our systems deliver 90%+ prediction accuracy, sub-second matching performance, and automation that reduces operational overhead by orders of magnitude.
