Over two decades working with leading brokerages and operators—including Compass, eXp, Realogy, RE/MAX, Sotheby’s, and Keller Williams—Scott identified a consistent structural advantage: agents and brokers who own their technology systems materially outperform those dependent on licensed, commodity software.
Hadley was built to capitalize on that advantage at scale by engineering proprietary platforms in-house, retaining intellectual property, and deploying them across a growing portfolio of operating companies. Today, the platform is delivered through brands serving elite real estate professionals across four core capabilities: premium IDX websites, AI-assisted marketing and automation, hyperlocal SEO, and high-end media (including cinematic drone).
